A City of Villages on the Bay
Warwick is made up of distinct villages, from historic Apponaug to the waterfront neighborhoods along Greenwich Bay and Narragansett Bay. It offers a wide range of homes, from capes and ranches to waterfront properties.
With the airport, Route 95 and the train nearby, it’s one of the most convenient places to live in Rhode Island. I’ve sold homes here and in neighboring West Warwick.

What Buyers Should Check
- Inspections first. Older homes and newer builds both deserve a full inspection, including septic or sewer and the roof.
- Flood and insurance. Ask for a flood zone check and an insurance quote early, especially near rivers, ponds or the bay.
- Taxes and commute. Compare property taxes and map your daily drive before you fall in love with a house.
- The real monthly cost. I walk every buyer through taxes, insurance and the full payment at today’s rates.
